Gallactic Collabsummit Hero - Happit

Make the most out of your Galactic Collaboration Summit virtual conference. For the past few years, virtual conferences have become more popular, but with the arrival of COVID-19 in Federation Space, the need for virtual conferences has gone out of this world. None-the-less, these types of conferences are still new for a lot of us, and a little help to “Boldly go where no one has gone before” is always handy, this why we created the Happit Galactic Summit Guide for virtual conferences.

The Galactic Collabsummit is the largest Microsoft 365 online conference in the world, that focuses on topics like the modern workspace, remote working, distance learning, and user adoption.  The Galactic Collaboration Summit will be held virtually on the 02 & 09 of June 2020. To help you navigate the #Galacticsummit, we have created a checklist for you to “set your phasers to stunt” and conquer any new challenges like the potential technical hiccups and the inability to network face-to-face. We hope these tips will help you make the most and enjoy the Galactic Collabsummit virtual conference.

“Galactic Collabsummit 2020 is the leading and the largest online conference with a focus on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform”

So, be ready because there will be a lot of things happening, with loads of tech energy. The best thing you can do to make the most out of your Galactic Collabsummit experience is; get prepared in advance. Here’s our checklist. Enjoy!

#1 Dammit, Jim! …

Think and prepare for a virtual conference as you would an in-person conference. Think of your calendar and time availability. Reserve the time to truly be present in the experience, (no multitasking with kids playing in the background and food on the stove).

#2. Resistance Is Futile at the Galactic Collaboration Summit

Do not sit and listen in the background. Engage with the presenters and use the chat and other networking tools to connect with other attendees. For example; use the Q&As and the chat to reach out to participants and partners to ask about their experience with specific solutions to find new tips and tricks to put into practice right away.

#3. Neutralize Distractions when engaging in the Galactic Collaboration Summit.

Reduce distractions to the minimum. When you’re watching alone, it’s easy to get distracted. So find a comfortable chair, set your food/drink synthesizer next to you, reduce/mute notifications from your phone or smartwatch, grab a notepad, and get ready to start learning!

#4. Beam Me Up, Scotty!

Plan your day in advance so you don’t miss any of the keynotes or interesting sessions. This will also give you the opportunity to ask in advance if the slides are available before starting a virtual conference. This way you can pay attention to what is being said and avoid the need to take notes frantically possibly missing out on some interesting comment.

For User Adoption, Remote Working, and Distance Learning; we recommend the following sessions at the Galactic Collaboration Summit:

And if you feel like you need some help to set up your Bridge LCARS control screen for the Galactic Collabsummit, Click the link and get our User Adoption eBook for Free approved by Commander Data.

Finally, remember you do not need to present in two worlds at the same time as Spock. Luckily, there is no need to choose between two sessions you are interested in attending.  Virtual conferences give you have access to replays on-demand, so you don’t miss out on any good info! And unlike Commander Data, you do not need to attempt to fill a silent moment with a none-relevant conversation. So, relax, focus, learn, network, and attend the entire Galactic Collaboration Summit whilst in your pajamas.

On behalf of Happit “Live long and Prosper”, and have a great Virtual Galactic Collaboration Summit!

  2. Hey! It is like you understand my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, just like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some images to drive the content home a bit, besides that, this is informative blog. A wonderful read. I will definitely return again. Lorrie Shamus O’Callaghan
